We offer a variety of materials, water resistant grades, and surface polishing qualities. Watch cases are available in materials from S/S316L to titanium, carbon fiber , Bronze CuSn4/ CuSn 8, tungsten carbide, silver 925, 9 kt, 14 kt, 18 kt gold, platinum 950, etc.
A variety of water-resistant grades are available-from shower-proof to 100 ATM (professional diver grade).
Cases made of precious material, such as gold or platinum, are sent to the Swiss Precious Metal Control for stamping of hallmarks.
Each individual case is tested for gold or PT contents before it is shipped.
Stainless Steel 316L-1.4435 Watch Case Manufacturer, Supplier
While many watch companies in Asia use normal Stainless Steel 316L, MPI can also provide our clients with Stainless Steel 316L-1.4435, which is widely used in the European high-end watch industry.
Compared to standard 316 L, Stainless steel 316L-1.4435 is harder and has a slightly higher nickel discharge, and therefore a higher resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel 316L-1.4435 has an extremely low inclusion content due to rigorous selection of raw materials and the melting method used.
Grade 5 titanium
Grade 5 titanium, also known as Ti6Al4V, Ti-6Al-4V or Ti 6-4, has a chemical composition consisting of 6 % aluminium, 4 % vanadium, 0.25 % (maximum) iron, and 0.2 % (maximum) oxygen.
Grade 5 titanium is stronger than Grade 2. Unlike Grade 2, Grade 5 can be mirror polished.

Case backs are available in a wide variety of styles and materials. We can also accommodate your custom designs. The waterproof standard can be from 3 ATM to 100 ATM or according to your special requirements. We can provide many different surface treatments (i.e., logo engraved by laser stamping or embossing) and shapes (i.e., rectangle, oval, round, TV irregular).
The following case backs are available: Solid case back, Groove-stamped, Ordinary case back, Curved groove-stamped, Welded, See-through flat 2 to 6 eyes, H-type crafted, Arch-shaped, drilled, and W-type grooved.

Case Blanks are available in stainless steel, titanium, brass, and aluminum. Our stainless steel blanks:

- because of the high-density, the blanks are free of visible pore and pin holes, even after sand and mirror polishing.
